✅ Exchange Policy

• We do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.

• Products are eligible for exchange only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong size delivered.

  • Wrong product delivered.

  • Defective or damaged product received.

📦 Exchange Conditions

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at mail-contact@jkwear.com.

• Customers must provide order details and a clear picture of the product for verification.

• Exchange is valid for the same product in a different size or a product of equal value.

🚚 Shipping for Exchange

• Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for exchange.

• JKWear.com will bear the cost of shipping the replacement product to the customer (one-time only).

❌ No Refund Policy

• Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.

• If the requested size/product is unavailable, customers will be offered a store credit valid for future purchases.
